Tasks

• Being available on standby (for a fixed fee) to offer advice and guidance on infrastructure-related matters, enabling the team to follow best practices in their implementation
• Providing support to the team when they encounter infrastructure-related issues that are beyond their scope or experience, offering solutions and troubleshooting assistance
• Carrying out larger initiatives on the infrastructure, such as setting up VPN tunnels to partners, as per the demands of the project

Requirements

• Proven freelance experience as a DevOps Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role
• Strong understanding of agile software development principles and practices, such as Scrum and Continuous Delivery
• Proficiency in configuring and managing AKS Clusters and using Terraform
• Experience with operating Postgres Clusters on Kubernetes with one of the available operators (Crunchydata, Zalando)
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English
