As Senior UX Designer (m/f/x) at objego you can focus on your passion for UX Design. In our cross functional team you can work hand in hand with UI Designers, User Researchers, Data Analysts and of course our Product Management. Tasks

• You define creative concepts to support our users in solving complex tasks
• Create hypothesis and verify them with different qualitative and quantitative tests and promote the introduction of user tests in all departments of objego
• Develop wireframes and prototypes for User Tests and product development
• Support our product discovery process with your Stakeholder management skills
• Trend and requirement analysis are a foundation of your work
• You maintain and improve the design system
• Create Service blueprints and User Journeys based on data and research
• Present, explain and document your findings to make Product Research and testing transparent to others in the organization

Qualification

• As part of our product team, you will ensure that customer needs are at the heart and soul of our design process
• You love to convert complex functions in simplistic design
• You live User Centricity without losing sight of the market and technology innovations
• You think analytically and recommend design solutions based on User Insights
• Jira & Confluence are not foreign to you
• You are able to communicate fluent in German and English
